2. About Our Business

Fine Homes India operates as a real estate channel partner, assisting clients in identifying, evaluating, and booking residential and commercial properties on behalf of various builders and developers. We separately offer architecture and interior designing services as an independent line of business. These two service lines are governed by the same Terms unless a specific service agreement states otherwise.

3. Property Listings & Channel Partner Role

All property listings, floor plans, pricing, specifications, possession timelines, and availability displayed on this website are provided to us by the respective builders/developers and are subject to change without prior notice. Fine Homes India acts solely as a channel partner/facilitator and is not the builder, developer, or promoter of any listed project. We do not guarantee construction quality, possession dates, statutory approvals, or RERA compliance — these remain the sole responsibility of the respective builder/developer. Clients are strongly advised to independently verify all project details, RERA registration numbers, and builder credentials before making any booking or payment decision.

4. Booking & Payments

Any booking amount, token amount, or payment made through us for a property is subject to the terms and payment schedule set by the respective builder/developer, and is processed on their behalf. We are not responsible for delays, disputes, or non-fulfilment of obligations by the builder/developer once a booking has been forwarded to them.

5. Architecture & Interior Designing Services

Where you engage us for architecture, space planning, or interior designing services, the specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be confirmed in a separate written proposal or agreement. Design renders, material samples, and mock-ups provided during consultation are indicative and may vary in final execution due to site conditions, material availability, or client-approved changes. Any change in scope after design finalization may affect timelines and costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, floor plans, and design concepts created by us — remains the intellectual property of Fine Homes India or the respective builder/developer, as applicable, and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fine Homes India shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on information provided on this website, decisions made based on third-party builder information, or delays/defects in construction or possession by any third-party developer.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at SAS Nagar, Punjab.
